WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) - A Mexican restaurant in Wilkes-Barre has won a liquor license despite some objections. Restaurant owner Hermilo Munoz asked City Council on Tuesday to transfer the license from the closed Time Out Sports Bar in Kingston to Tacos Pancho Villa, which opened in September 2005.
