DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - The stage is set for another showdown over smoking at the Iowa Legislature. The House has passed a ban that excludes casinos, bars and restaurants with a liquor license. The Senate has approved a widespread ban that includes casinos, bars and restaurants.
