PORTLAND - "Share the Road" license plates debut in Oregon Wednesday. The plate is intended to create awareness of bicyclists on the roads. Oregon becomes the twelfth state to offer some version of a "Share the Road" plate.

April 10 (Bloomberg) -- The British Broadcasting Corp., the world's oldest public-service broadcaster, may have to share its annual license fees with commercial broadcasters offering public-service programs, the U.K.'s media regulator said.
